With a background as a business owner and a foundation in Information Technology, she brings a unique perspective to our leadership. Timothy W. Wells brings over 30 years of hands-on engineering and manufacturing experience to his role as a Fluid Sealing Specialist. He partners with clients to solve complex equipment challenges, improve reliability, and extend asset life through engineered sealing and rotating equipment solutions.

With a background spanning manufacturing engineering, maintenance leadership, and capital project execution, Tim understands both the technical and operational sides of industrial environments. His practical, results-driven approach helps customers reduce downtime, lower costs, and improve overall system performance.
